About Our Therapist

Laura is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and has over 6 years of experience in crisis and outpatient settings. She has worked with people of all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, LGBTQIA+ needs, relational issues, low self-esteem, and more. Laura aims to help guide you in learning about yourself in order to make changes that best support your well-being.

Laura believes that each person deserves an approach that works best for them. She utilizes Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness and Sensorimotor techniques.

Laura graduated from Adler University in 2019 with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling
